Sunday night my family were at Dennys in chch, long story short, one of my nieces is on the spectrum and was crying for a toy inside of the crane machine and if she gets overwhelmed it can upset her to the point where she can be very loud and wont stop crying, our family tried our best to win it but was unsuccessful. We tried a long shot and contacted the number that was on the sticker of the kiwicrane machine. To our suprise the owner Iain was very lovely to talk to and went out of his way to assist us as we asked if it was possible to purchase the toy outright. 30 mins go by and Iain turned up opened the machine and allowed our little girl to get the toy she wanted. She was very happy and was super stoked about it. We couldnt thank Iain enough and really really appreciated him going out of his way to help us. I would highly recommend Iain and his machines, if he cares this much about a family he doesnt know with a request he wouldnt get so often, i will say he will care about the products he provides his clients also and will ensure customers get the best service ever!
